During my Spring 2020 semester, I took a photography course that taught basic photography styles and techniques by capturing subjects through a camera lens. Throughout the course, I captured photographs using a Canon DSLR camera and edited them using photo editing softwares, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
As part of a course assignment, I told a story through portraiture by capturing and editing photographs of international student-athlete Julian Hauff.
Attached below are photographs I captured and edited for this assignment.
The Life of an International Student Athlete
After moving back and forth from Germany and Frederick, MD, all his life, Hauff came to Penn State Beaver after being recruited by the Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer Team. After spending two years at Penn State Beaver, he plans on finishing his degree at Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering.
Playing Soccer

During the winter season, Hauff continues to stay fit by visiting the wellness center.
